Phelps Heating and Cooling replaced our old electric furnace and AC compressor HVAC system with a new Lennox heat pump system. The installers were on-time, very professional and courteous. Everyone at Phelps Heating and Cooling are awesome. Jim Phelps came out to give us an estimate to replace the entire HVAC system. Jim made the whole process painless. Never any pressure from him. We had three estimates and Jim gave the best price and provided more services than the others. Being a certified Lennox dealer gave us piece of mind in the work we were going to receive. Brandon and Zeke were the installers. They were on time the day the said they would be there and finished as promised. They did everything right the first time and we are extremely satisfied! Phelps Heating and Cooling is by a wide margin the best choice for any of your heating and cooling needs. Friendly, fair and forthright in meeting my heating and cooling needs. I had two HVAC systems installed and could not be more pleased. How honest is PHAC? One of my units was dented out of the box. The installer told me that he would not install a unit that he wasn’t absolutely sure was damage free and would work. Another unit was ordered and installed the next day. I would not have known this and possibly not recognized the dent for some time. Now that is customer friendly. Always, go with Phelps. Have been and always will be customer for life.
